PowerChute Network Shutdown for Windows problem

Hello,

we have 3 APC UPS with network management cards. I'm tring to install PowerChute Network Shutdown for Windows but when I got to the finish it says:

Registration Results Could not confirm supported Smart-UPS at ip x, Could not confirm supported Smart-UPS at ip y, Could not confirm supported Smart-UPS at ip z

Can someone tell me what is the problem and how to fix it?

are you doing a custom installation of PCNS (configuring the PCNS installation to monitor multiple network management cards)? Which Windows OS are you installing this on? what models of UPS are you using with these network management cards?
