PowerChute Network Shutdown - Cannot connect to the host

Hello everyone, i have a problem with the PowerChute NS v5.0, his not connect in my Vmware host (ESXI 8), sometimes connect and send the command file to esxi, and shutdown my vms, but sometimes don't connect with my ESXI and shutdown just a PowerChute VM.

I configure the username and password in communication settings, and in the configure events, i Enabled event "UPS ON BATTERY" -  set 120 seconds, and in commandi file i do not configure, i set command file in shutdown settings, the path is standard. opt/APC/PowerChute/user_files/script.sh.
