Actually I fixed this problem by the time I got registered, so I will pass along the problem/solution. I installed PowerChute Network Shutdown 3.1 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 server, and used the Java from the install, not the version installed on the server, as there was no Java on the server. After install, the second screen that comes up, PowerChute Setup: Network Configuration came up blank, and the selections on the bottom, Previous, Next, Cancel were all greyed out. Basically you are stuck at this point. I tried several things, like disabling IPv6, etc. but no dice. Then I thought I would install Java, which I downloaded from Oracle, and reinstalled with the computer's version of Java, and everything worked. So, I don't know if the Java in the install is bad, or if most people use what is already installed, but you may want to check the install since it looks like it just came out. Thanks.
