It's been months trying to figure out why the PowerChute wont even install.
- We've deployed the "PCNS_en_5.1.0.ova" VM on a VxRail system and set the network, IPs and credentials as the manual describes.
- We went through a bunch of possible solutions with technical support, and even set up the mystic user to all Nodes, VMs, ESXI, and VCenter. Set them up as local users and Administrator. So to be clear, the same user, the same password, all Administrators, all locally configured. The only user that is different is the PowerChute root and user. It won't allow me to add the same password as VxRail Manager mystic user since they require different special characters.
- I can ping and login through SSH to all Network cards on the UPSs, vCenter, and VxRail manager. From my PC and from PowerChute VM.
- It does connect to the VxRail Manager and asks for its certificate but then, nothing.
I'm running out of ideas at this moment. Did anyone encountered this problem?
