Hello
Trying to install PowerChute221 on a Netware server but I cant seem to get any further than the screen where it asks the type of
install that you want to do (Typical or Custom).
I tried Typical and Custom but my Next button is grayed out.
I cant even cancel the install, i have to kill the java process for it to exit the GUI screen.
Has anyone seen this before?
I have PowerChute221 installed on another Netware serve that did not give me any issues.
Is there a way for me to do the install without going thru the GUI interface?
Thanks in advance.

PowerChute is finally installed.
I didn't have to unload Java... it was kind of weird; I hit the space bar by accident and it un-grayed the Next button.
Go figure!
Thanks.

I can't say I've seen it gray out before, but my first suspect would be java. I'd suggest reloading it onto your system and making sure it's updated.

There is no way to install PowerChute on a Netware server without using the GUI. As EZ-B said, I would try unloading and loading Java to see if that helps. Maybe a server reboot too? What version of Java are you running now?
Also, try a local connection to the server if you have been getting the error with a remote connection.
