Hello All,
We are facing this issue from last 1 week of after UPS battery replacement and we are getting too much mail of Insufficient Runtime Available.
UPS DETAILS
Model Number: APC-SMART-UPS 1000Xl
UPS LOAD: 63.7%
BATTERY CHARGING: 100%
BATTERY VOLTAGE: 27.4VDC
BATTERY TEMPERATURE: 33.3C/91.9F
BATTERY: NEW
please help me how to resolve this issue ASAP.

What version if PowerChute Business Edition is installed?
What is the exact model and serial number of the UPS? The model and serial number will be found on the UPS bar code sticker on the back of the Smart-UPS or behind the front bezel if a rack mount UPS.
Have you run a self-test?
