PowerChute Business Edition Deluxe - FAILED TO ADD xx.xx.xx.xx??

Running PowerChute BE Deluxe and it can only find the one UPS on the Win2k3 server that it runs on. How do I fix this? I have a dozen other Smart UPS's. It "sees" a couple of them on the subnet, but some it can not see at all even tho I can use the even crappier non-deluxe version to see them on their own computer.

I updated java on all of these machines, as I heard that can be an issue, but no go. What the heck is going on here?

What version of Powerchute Business Edition Deluxe are you running and when did you purchase the software? Have you tried going through the knowledgebase regarding this error:
