Hi,
Just purchased a SU1500 and am trying to find where to download PCBE Console. I download what is listed on the web site as PCBE, but it only has agent in it. When I launch agent, it says not to use it to make configuration changes. The disc that came with the UPS has a copyright date on it of 2001 - doubt that is vista compatible. What to do? Where can I download a vista-compatible version of PCBE that includes the console so I can make config changes?
Thanks.

the new version of PCBE just has a single node agent to download. the console and server are used to manage more than one UPS so those are paid pieces of software now. you can make all the same configurations through the agent web interface as you would be able to in the console. the console only makes it easier to manage multiple UPSs from a single graphical user interface.
