I have a Smart-UPS 1000 and can't install PowerChute Business Edition 9.5. The installation stops and a panel comes up stating, The PCBE Agent Service uninstallation has not completed. Please reboot and run the installation again. When I reboot and try again the same warning comes up. Any suggestions to correct this and install the program?

Hi,
Is the OS Windows? If so, you should clean out any entries in the registry and then run the installer. See Schneider Electric FAQ FA159894
for assistance with registry entries.
