Hi All,
I am working with Business Edition 9.1 of PowerChute on Server 2012 R2 Standard. Smart-UPS 2200. We have recently switched over the alert contact email to a new user and have noticed an increased number of alerts. In the web client for the particular UPS email is not checked, only logging and shutdown. In the log I see the alerts but am unsure why I am getting emails even with the box unchecked.
I DO want the emails but I am curious why they are coming when unchecked and if there is a way to control the timing of the messages or if the alerts are simply pushed out any time the event occurs.

For this issue I would recommend you call into our tech support line. We will then be able to go over your configuration and try to determine the cause of the problem.
