Port Terminators (0W05545A) for AP8858EU3

Hi,

we have a total of 4 AP8858EU3's and wish to have them dais chained in two pairs/groups. To do so however we require a total of 4 low profile port terminators.

Unfortunately the first pair were deployed over two years ago and I cannot find any accessories for the units. The second pair was purchased recently and this came with the port terminators attached to the environmental sensor port.

I have therefore been able to create 1 group of two units, but Im lacking the additional two port terminators required to create the second group.

Can someone please advise where I can buy these, as google does not appear to list them or the 2off kit (0J-0W05545A) for sale anywhere in the UK?

The units in question serials are: ZA1233004952 + ZA1233004939

Hi, did you ask APC tech support for these? I think we should be able to send them for you even if the PDUs are a little older and fall out of warranty themselves.

Thus, I'd put request in for them and let me know if you run into any problems. If you already tried to do that, let me know if you have some sort of ticket number for me to follow up with.
