We were handed down a BladeCenter for our lab. Anyone know what type of plug I need for an IBM BladeCenter 8677HC1 with 4 power supplies? The electrician needs know so he can install the circuit.

You betcha. I didn't answer all of your question though. The equipment uses a C19 plug, but the electrician won't put in a C19 mating circuit. He'll install a NEMA circuit.
I don't know how heavily you are populating these blade chassis, but you can't go wrong if you tell the electrician to put in a 50 amp 3-phase circuit 208V/3/60 Hubbell receptacle.
Buy an AP7898 (APC Rack PDU,Metered,ZeroU,12.5kW,208V,(30)C13,(6)C19;10' Cord)
Plug the AP7898 into the wall, and plug the blade chassis into the rack power strip using APC AP9877 (Pwr Cord, 16A, 100-230V, C19 to C20)
The matching connector to this plug is a CS8364C (i.e., if you're running an overhead whip to it)
Matching receptacle is a CS8369 (i.e., if you're terminating into a wall receptacle or outlet box when coming from under the raised floor into the rack).
Page 46 has the Plug/Connector/Receptacle matrix.
