Could somebody suggest me something. I have a problem. My UPS (Symmetra LX 10 kva) goes to bypass and out of it from time to time by itself and I don't know why. And sometimes when UPS in bypass mode I can't bring it back (by display interface), it writes that it just unable. The bypass switch is always off.
Thank you.

Today I was defeated by LX again=) I was managing LX by serial port and network.. the same results. It writes me, that LX in mainteince bypass mode and it is unable to go out. Maintaince bypass hardware switch is off! How can it be?? There are no errors, no environmetal problems, just 1 warning shows thatm 'I am in maintaince bypass'.. I was trying to use diags but it just wrote me the same 'maint. bypass'

I Hope you have resolve your problem...If not you might want to check your input/output voltage settings. Make sure that they are set according to whats coming in (ie...120/208 or 120/240) and like wise on the output side.

After reviewing your logs, it is clear that the UPS feels that the maintenance bypass switch is in the ON position, which means it is pushed to the RIGHT.
Just to be clear, the Maintenance Bypass switch on Symmetra LX is located immediately to the right of the PowerView display. Normal on-line position of this switch would be to the LEFT.
The Input Circuit Breaker to the LEFT of the display should be always to the RIGHT side position.
If you can confirm that your Symmetra LX is indeed NOT in maintenance bypass by visually inspecting these switches, then it would appear that the Intelligence Modules are receiving a false position sense on the maintenance bypass switch.
If this is the case, please post the full raw status data strings for each Intelligence Module, available via the network interface or by local PowerView display.

Could you paste your event and data logs from the Network Card? The LX will go into bypass for a number of reasons based on UPS faults, or load/environment related issues.
