Dear All,

We have 5kva UPS connected with 4 external battery. But UPS's runtime not enough without power, and total Runtime is about 40 minute.

- Load in Watts - 29% and please find attached screenshot.

We have did self and calibration test, test result saying:

1. UPS self test: Passed

2. UPS runtime calibration test: processing about 40 minute

Please advise us?

Can you confirm the exact UPS model and model of the external battery packs? This would be located on the white sticker on the devices.

Also, I don't see a screenshot - could you try again to upload it so we could see?

What are you expecting the runtime to be? Has the reported runtime recently changed drastically? How old are the batteries in the UPS and in each external battery pack?
