POD 165 recording issue in DCE

We have configured the 2 (165 POD) cameras with DCE and both are appearing  under surveillance.  But when we check the recording no clips is available in DCE.

Netbotz version is 5.2.X             DCE client version  7.8

Cameras are connected directly with Netbotz 750 (4 port switch).

Under camera  surveillance setting when we check the box of license for camera activation ( Here server IP is not showing). Screen shots are attached for your kind reference.

If we try to add the server IP manually these points (apply /ok) are disappear . Screen shots are attached for your kind reference.

Is there any setting which we are done in cameras (Like network sharing).

Cameras are taking IP through DHCP, which are assigned by Netbotz750.

Screen shots are attached for your kind reference.

The goal isn't to record every action that occurs in the DC, it's more to record enough info to know who did what, with that said you can go:

Go to Settings >> System >> Video capture, from there you can set the "Pre-alarm capture time" and the "Post-alarm capture time".

This will allow up to 30 seconds before the alarm and 30 seconds after the alarm to be captured.

Hi Shoaib,

Th forums for Netbotz, DCE, DCO, ITE, ITA can be found below:

https://community.se.com/t5/EcoStruxure-IT-forum/bd-p/ecostruxure-it-forum

But just a quick tip, recordings on the 750 are controlled by the bot, i.e. you will need to have an event action on the bot that is set to record, it is not set on the DCE.

Dear Gavan,

Thanks for your support Recording issue has been resolved.

We are facing another issue ,Now it is showing maximum recording clips is 20  seconds. (Suppose a person enter in Data center and completed his job within 1 (or more then 1 minute) or 30 to 40 seconds , it is not showing the exit video clips of this activity( or person exit  the Data center Room). Maximum time of clip is 20 seconds (which is showing in DCE).

Screenshots are attached for your kind reference (CCTV setting in Netbotz).

Dear Gavan,

Goal is to record every motion (not continues recording/ (we just want to capture the motion recording) in DC.

Dear Gavan,

POD 165 is not giving the live view smoothly in DCE under surveillance tab. As we open the surveillance tab all cameras view are stuck,  ( But if view double click on a camera,  single camera is giving live view smoothly).

As I've said before this isn't the correct form, you need to post here for DCE/Netbotz assistance:
