After a year with no problems, AP8930 PDU has begun sending the following email alarm. I know it's informational but what would make the NIC restart?
We need to be able to remote into it and I'm concerned that there is a bigger looming issue that will occur at an inopportune time.
Serial Number : ZA1420017714
Date : 08/01/2016
Time : 19:31:40
Code : 0x0002
Informational - Network Interface restarted.

Hi Bob,
Take a look at this knowledge base article on what Network Interface Restart means -> http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156063
As explained there, it'd be preferable if you can share the log files to help figure out why this is happening - whether normal, or unexpected. Instructions on retrieving log files are here (.tar file preferred)-> http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156131
