PCNS Unable to Authenticate with UPS

Hi,

I have a SRT6KRMXLT which shipped with a AP9537SUM NMC. I've tried installing PCNS 4.1.0 on several computers, but I cannot get it authenticate with the NMC, no matter what. I've reset the NMC and tried all default config options, but it still does not authenticate. What do I need to do to get this to work?

Hi,

Go to Configuration, Shutdown, and verify the user name and authentication phrase match what you are entering when installing PowerChute. The default user for the card is apc and the default authentication phrase is admin user phrase.
