PCNS 5 Setup "Unable to collect the vCenter root certificate."
Running the setup wizard and trying to configure it to access a vCenter cluster (v8.0.2), I get the error message "Unable to collect the vCenter root certificate." and on the next step I get "Connection to hosts cannot be established with untrusted certificates. Use the table below to verify the certificate details." but there are no certificates listed for me to approve. How can I get past this step?
Edit: Resolved this by adding the vCenter account that PowerChute is using to the Administrators group. It was an issue of lack of permissions to execute the API call that retrieves the root cert.
