Hey Guys,
Has anyone had any success installing Power Chute Network Shutdown 2.2.4 on an ESXI host?
I'm getting a scripting error.
The file being used is: pcns224esxi.tar.gz
Script result:
/tmp/esxi # ./install.sh
./install.sh: line 1125: syntax error: "(" unexpected (expecting "fi")
Now, If I run the esx version pcns224esx.tar.gz I get a valid output, but unknown OS error.
/tmp/esx # ./install.sh

Error: Unknown OS.
/tmp/esx #
Could anyone please give some assistance/script fix for PCNS 2.2.4 on ESXI?
Thanks!

Thanks for your reply
I spoke with APC directly and it seems that no free versions of VMware are supported by PCNS. Even the VMWare ESXI needs to have a license.
