PC does not recognize the PCPE 3.1 installer

I have installed the software yet when I search for it, it does not display anywhere. I can't uninstall it cause it is not showing ANYWHERE, yet I try to install it and it stops it cause it says its already present. I am soooo confused.

Hi David,

Are you running Windows 10 64bit? If so the default install location is:

C:\Program Files (x86)\APC\PowerChute Personal Edition\apcrun.exe
