Question on a Smart UPS1000 RM. I have a Overvoltage
Compensating for a high input voltage Alarm. I ran a self test and it passed. The input voltage is at 124 VAC while the outpt is at 110 VAC. Nothing changed on the unit. Is there something I can do to clear the error msg. I use infrastructure manager to monitor all my network closet UPS's

Thanks for response. The error was at the UPS level. The High Transfer is set to 127. When I looked at it this morning. The error is gone. The input and Outpt VAC are now both 126 VAC Yesterday there was a difference of 14 VAC between the two. Was that possibly causing the error?

Hi Sslowiak,
Is the error listed as a global device threshold or is the error generated at the UPS level? Can you log into that UPS's network management card and tell us what the High Transfer Voltage is set to?
