UPS SMX2200HV & PowerChute Business Edition 9.1.1 Build 604
Initial Settings - Shutdown Settings - Power Fail Config - set to "begin shutdown procedure after the UPS as been on battery for" 300secs.
Outlet Sequence - "Time for other apps to shut down" 30secs plus "Time for os to shut down" 180secs, "Total time for outlet Group 1 to shutdown" 210secs.
My question: if the inlet mains power to UPS goes off, does Outlet Group 1 shut down 210secs later, or 510secs later?
Thanks
Chris

Hi,
The UPS will run on battery for 300 seconds and then begin the shutdown process if AC is not restored. So, 300 second delay on battery, 30 second delay for application shutdown, then 180 second delay for OS shutdown. Total before outlet group powers off = 510 seconds.
