Hello,
I'm trying to set up monitoring for four Smart UPS 3000 systems on a single Windows 7 PC. When I connect all systems to the PC and run a search through USB, it only finds one system.
Is there any way to get all four connected through USB? Is it a simple setting I'm missing?
Thank you

Hi,
You can only monitor 1 UPS at a time via USB. If you want to monitor 4 UPS from the same PC you should purchase network management cards for the Smart-UPS and then you can monitor the UPS via web interface, SSH, Telnet, or SNMP.
