Older Smart-UPS owner needs assistance

Greetings,

I'm new to this forum and I'm searching for information on my APC-Smart UPS 2200XL Model: SU2200XLNET.  I have PowerChute Business Edition Ver:8.0.2

I'm using MS Windows 11 Home  Version 21H2

I would like to know what I need to connect and communicate with the UPS.  I do not have the old serial 9 pin connection on my PC.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do not know about your device (and have not tested in Win11), but have used Aten USB to RS232 adapters to other devices, in Win10, that maybe will work?
