I need to support old OS versions due to certain software requiring them. I can't find PCNS compatibility charts older than 4.2 anymore. The 4.2 document refers to SJHN-ADAKDV_R0_EN.pdf for version 4.1 but the link doesn't work anymore.
Can the 4.0 and 4.1 or older compatibility charts be found somewhere? I found the old software versions on APC FTP site, but they unfortunately don't include the charts.

Thanks! I understand this is at my risk but I assume it's better to use this older version than to try to use a newer unsupported version for this OS which might not even install properly.
The UPS is new, but I would hope the software is designed in a way that outdated and possibly buggy PCNS software on some host can't interfere or break the NMC card from doing it's job, even it that means the outdated host not being shut down properly, but all others behaving as usual.

Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience. What OS version are you look to install PCNS on?
SIDE NOTE: The chats are taken off line when support ends for the listed product. Support for older versions of PowerChute ends 1 year after the release of the updated version with the exception of PCBE 9.5 and PCNS 4.2 32 bit. We are continuing support for those version as the newer versions are 64 bit only.

Hi Bill. I'm looking for compatibility for Mac OS X 10.9.5. It has to be either 4.0 or 4.1 I would think.

Hi,
The last version we support on Mac OSX 10.9 was PCNS 4.0. It was tested with JRE 1.8.0_05. PCNS 4.0 for Mac can be download from this link. https://schneider-electric.box.com/s/3b4hwwf9oskj3o7r2nhaaamy7iy6kia3
NOTE: Support has ended for PCNS 4.0 It should be used at your own discretion.
