No power in or out, srt 3000 rmxli

setting up my UPS and when i plug in all the cables, it says in the desplay no  power in or out. the battery charges but it has no power going in or out. all the settings is done right.

Hi,

Can you cold start the UPS? To cold start unplug the UPS from the AC source and press the power on button. The UPS should turn on and run off of battery power. If is does there may be an issue with the incoming AC to the UPS preventing it from powering on. You should verify the UPS is configured for the incoming voltage.
