No UPS foung in Network Management Application

Hi,

Recently io bought an APC SURT 6000 XLI-CC Ups, i trying to connect it to smart ups application but it show NO UPS Found error screen shot attached herewith

Hi,

You should flash the firmware. To flash the firmware you can run the firmware Upgrade Utility or uncompress the files and FTP the files to the card. Instruction can be found in Knowledge Base document FA156047
