No UPS found / MC AP 9617 is inserted to Triple Chassis AP9604Sa for Silcon DP3040E

I have UPS Silcon DP3040E with Triple Chassis AP9604Sa. There inserted card AP 9617 with last firmware dp3e v.3.7.2.

Ufrotunately I have warning that UPS not found and Lost communication to UPS.

What can you suggest to solve it?

This might be a problem with the firmware on your triple chassis. The management card firmware and configuration appears OK. Tech support in your region has the capability to provide you with some steps/ways to check the firmware on the triple chassis itself. They aren't available publicly as it is generally done by a field service engineer.

Did you ever have a management card installed and communicating properly with this UPS previously?

 it worked only with another MNC card, but this card was without web interface.
