Hi,
I am not sure we can compare the thread you're linking to your model of UPS. Can you identify any LEDs on the front panel of the UPS you see on? Can you provide any log files from the embedded Network Management Card in the UPS? (Instructions here -> http://www.schneider-electric.com/support/index?page=content&country=US〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA156131)
If you haven't set up your management card, the instructions for that are here -> http://www.schneider-electric.com/support/index?page=content&country=US〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA156064

Can you provide a picture of the back of the unit too?

You could "reseat" or power cycle the Network Card to see what it does but I really need to see the logs from it to determine what is going on. The emails you got tell me the Network Card cannot talk to the UPS.
When you remove the Network Card, you could also "braindead" the UPS. Turn it off, unplug it from the wall, and hold down the off button on the UPS that looks like this (o) and hold it down until you hear a click and the LEDs flash. Then, reconnect the UPS to AC power, reinsert the network card, and see if the UPS is outputting power or if anything has changed.
If we can get the Network Card to talk to the UPS, then we can maybe see if there is a fault or what the UPS status is at least. "Critical Events - UPS: The local network management interface-to-UPS communication not established." is not an event we want to see because then the Network Card cannot get data from the UPS and it very well may be a fault on the UPS.

The fault in the image indicates a Logic Power Fault and typically requires repair or replacement. So, if this UPS is brand new, then you should be entitled to a warranty repair/replacement depending on what is offered in your region. I'd contact technical support to start that process and they will need the serial number of your UPS.

You're welcome. I checked with EMEA support and it seems going to the service provider is the only option in your country. They definitely should see it requires repair and take care of it for you.
