Network Management Card 3 AP9640 V1.3.3.1 firmware upgrade

Hi there,

I ‘m in the process of upgrading the firmware on our UPS’es but now I’m stuck at the SMX2200HVNC running a AP9641 at v1.3.3.1

According to this page there should be a newer version but I’m unable to locate it.

Can you provide me with the correct one?

Hello, When I try to upgrade the firmware for AP9641 webcard I get this error:

Firmware distribution does not match target device platform; this could be due to a corrupt distribution.

I am using this UPS Network Management Card 3 Firmware v2.3.1 for Smart-UPS with AP9640/41/43 - SFNMC3SU231 | APC US...

Any Ideas?
