Network Jack on Smart UPS 3000 RM

We have a 2U Smart UPS 3000 VA that has a 10/100 network jack as well as the USB connection. I can connect via the USB via Powerchute with no issues. How do i use the network jack to shutdown other servers plugged into the Same PDU?
