Netbotz 455 not sending attachted pictures in alert emails

One of our Netbotz 455 wall seems to not be attaching pictures when sending alert emails. Our other 2 send them just fine, they have identical settings and the camera itself works. We looked at the logs and noticed a unique error, but not really sure what it means. I'm thinking it could be SSL, it doesn't have it while the other 2 do, but would that affect this?
