Hi,
I have an AP9619 Network Management Card connected to our APC Smart-UPS 5000VA 208V and I need to set the IP address of the Network Card using a local computer. The Installation and Quick-Start manual (https://www.apc.com/salestools/ASTE-6Z5QDZ/ASTE-6Z5QDZ_R0_EN.pdf) says to connect to the serial port on the face of the card, but the AP9619 does not have a serial port on its face. How do I get access to the Network Management Card itself?
Thanks.

Hi,
You connect the serial cable to the serial port on the UPS. You will communicate with the NMC through that connection.
