If I posted this in the wrong area, please let me know.
I'm looking to purchase either the SMT1500RZX180 (with NMC)
or the SMT1500RM2U. My main goal is to have the unit gracefully shut down my
servers in the case of a power outage. Will the SMT15000RM2U with PowerChute
suffice? Or do I really need the SMT1500RZX180 with the NMC? If I go with the
SMT1500RM2U, how does the PowerChute software tell the unit to gracefully shut
down? Is it done when the unit experiences a power failure and then relays to
the PowerChute software, which then shuts down the server?
