NS1500M2 shuts down on short power loss

Purchased 8/23 and registered online. This has happened several times... power goes off for a few seconds and when power comes back on I find the UPS shut off and I must power back on. UPS passes self and user induced test. Only load on UPS was cable modem, Cloud drive. With PC on max load hasn't exceeded 130w.

I can't find how to contact APC on site or phone number. BTW I'm in the USA.

I have exactly the same problem, the UPS turn off and stays off until powered back on manually

9 time out of 10 this behavior is due to a weak and failing battery. UPSs will not turn on unless they see utility and battery power. 

Also if you have an NMC installed there is a setting under configuration > shutdown that can enable or disable the UPS form turning back on as well
