Hello Everyone,
I am in need of some previous firmware for the AP9631 (or 9630 - as far as I know it is the same firmware). The UPS that I am using my 9631 on is losing communication with the UPS when the power goes out, and I want to downgrade the firmware on the NMC2 because I remember a previous version did not do that. Somehow I cannot find the previous version in my filing. And the APC FTP site is out at the moment, since last week at least I have not been able to download from the ftp site.
I have tested 6.8.0, 6.8.8, 6.6.4 so far, but none of these retain communication when the power goes out.
Does anyone have any of the previous (before 6.6.4) versions of the hw05 sumx firmware to share?
Thank you in advance!
Haig

Have you tried the newest version of firmware for both the NMC and the UPS itself:
