I manage a few Smart UPS units with different versions of NMCs, the most recent being AP9630.
After taking a few years off from this task, I am looking for a list of the event code definitions that include the severity levels,( informational, warning...)
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Dave

Hi Dave,
The easiest way to export the list of possible event codes from the Network Management Card and the device it is installed in would be to download and look at the [EventActionConfig] section down at the bottom of the file. It will have the event code and what the text/explanation is for it. It will also show the notification configuration for each event here. That is the best list we have available beyond what is in the web interface. Unfortunately, the severity for an event isn't listed in config.ini, only in the web listing.
As for definitions, beyond knowing what the event is, we don't have any further definitions of what the events mean as they'll pertain to either UPS components/operation or the management card itself.
If you have events that you'd like to better understand, we can certainly try to help explain them. Some of the information and understanding may exist in the device user guides though i.e. the components and features of a UPS that may generate events.
