Is it possible to upgrade from SUMX/AOS v5.0.3 to v7.0.8 ?

Hi @JonPro,
I attempted to upgrade from v5.0.3 to v7.0.8 and have lost comms with the AP9631,both IP and serial console.

You can check our Software/Firmware page through the link provided below, you can also upgrade from v5.x straight to v7.x.

I've just found this FAQ
Video: Using Network Management Card 2 (NMC2) bootmonitor to recover/upgrade firmware - APC USA
Had to go into bootmonitor and factory reset, reconfig IP settings and redownload the SUMX Application.
