My APC Switch Rack PDU AP7951 is not connect to the Network.

Dear team,

I have 12 Switch Rack PDU ok and 02 Switch Rack PDU with firmware 3.4 have issue with the Network.
ISX Mgr is installed on the system.

1. It's still working as the Basic PDU with all the outlets turn on.
2. Can't connect to the ethernet system with DHCP, BOOTP server also
3. Can't connect via console port (Hyper Terminal - 9600...).

So I try to put the reset button (by paper clip) many time, restart in coming power suppy of the PDU many time, setup again ...
But it can't help.

I quite familia with APC Switch PDU but this is the first time I face this problem. Can you help to advise how to setup again ?

Hi:

What LED's are illuminating on the network interface of the PDU? What cable are you using to connect to it via HyperTerminal? Have you confirmed your serial setup is working by connecting to one of your other rPDU's, then moving straight to this one? Which side of the ISX Manager is this on? The private APC LAN or the public LAN?

Yes there are 03 LED, the LED Status is orange and not blink, the LED Link indicator is turn off, and the LED output is turn on. I uses the APC cable and can connect with other APC PDU easy via Hyper Terminal (I'm ex-APC FSE before).

ISX Mgr is ver 4.7 and the LAN of PDU is APC Private LAN. I thinks it still working well except 02 PDU (I have mention before)

Actually, 02 issues RPDU are working as the basic PDU (not uses SNMP card). The LED Ampe meter's still working well
