Hi, having problems with keyboard and mouse not working on 8 port High-Density KVM Switches AP5201, they are connected to a 8 port LCD KVM Switch AP5808. We are using USB KVM cables AP5823 and AP 5822 - they work o.k on main AP5808 KVM but not when connected to add on AP5201's (video is fine). Firmware shows as Main=V1.1.107, IO-1=V1.1.105 and KB=V3.0.296. We are connecting to Dell Proliant 180 &… View Moreamp; 380 servers, all o.k on Ap5808 but not via Ap5201's. Have seen a few other posts about similar problem but not managed to resolve it so far. Thanks

Hi Matt
We are not using any PS/2 connections for mouse and keyboard - just the USB connection.

Hi Chris,
Are you using USB to PS/2 converters for the mouse and keyboard connections to the AP5201? I've seen issues when not using an actual PS/2 mouse and keyboard
