I need to reset a management card in a Smart-UPS 1000 RM. I believe the management card is an AP9619. It is currently responding to ping, but it will not respond to an SSH session or web requests. Is there a way to do this without power cycling the entire UPS? Uptime is important on the devices connected to it.

i would first start with just reseating the card in the UPS slot. leave it out for about 10 seconds and then try to access via the web.
normally, you should braindead the UPS for proper installation but I don't think reseating it "hot" will cause a problem. let me know if that does not work.
