Hi
we have a 4-5 year old MGE Pulsar 2200 which lately (nearly a month) is showing in its display the message "Fan fault 07" despite it is working correctly.
My questions are:
* what are the implications of that warning? is it a serious problem (as said we haven't noticed any problem with the device)?
* if it is related to a fan failing, is it possible to get a replacement of the fan? if so, where do we have to purchase it?
Being that old (out of warranty) I guess that asking for a replacement budget will be more or less than asking for a new UPS

Hi ebm, unfortunately single phase MGE products were taken over by EATON. If you have any questions regarding your unit I would suggest contacting EATON for further assistance. Hope this helps.
