MGE Comet 80kVA - Internal Comms Failure

Hello,

UPS fail suddenly at midnight, obviously, all loads dropped
we checked all the fuses, are fine
we execute  BACK TO NORMAL procedures in the manual and always keeps the fault:

INTERNAL COMMS FAULT

electronic boards shows no damage or burns

UPS is now in Bypass

please help to how accurately detect the problem and where to get spare parts ???
