MFA - SmartConnect Account Ownership Transfer?
With the recent requirement for MFA on a SmartConnect account, you're now forced to have the Company's Account Owner tied to a non-sharable account. This account owner can share devices to other IT Team members, but I see no option to share ownership of the account. If the account owner suddenly leaves employment, how would a shared user assume ownership of the account and immediately rescind access to the person no longer employed?
As it is now (before MFA) with using a shared account, you'd simply change the password of the account to prevent access. I've looked though all the help documentation and the forums here, and I see no way to prevent access to a person who could potentially cause nefarious activity.
