I have this smx1000i that isn't t backing up anymore, it would usually report 'low battery' and turnoff without supporting the load, and so we got a new set of battery but it still displays the same error without supporting the load so what do I do?

Hello,
When you installed the new batteries did you enter the info in the LCD panel. The unit should have asked if new batteries were installed. If you did the UPS would know that new batteries have been installed and calibrate accordingly.
If you did update the battery install date have you check the batteries to see if the voltage is correct? The RBC116 has 4 12 volt 9 aH batteries. A good string of battery should read around 54v DC.
