Hi All,
Am getting the above message from my Smart-UPS 750, which is managed remotely.
Please how can I resolve this issue?
Let me know what information you require to assist.
Please be aware the UPS is 400 miles away from me, so I am not able to provide any information that I can not obtain from the webUI.

If you have email setup try removing it for a test. they should have fixed this in the last firmware but didn't in my case.

Hello Austin,
I am sorry you are having this issue.
There are some things that could be done remotely. First, you want to check the FW that is loaded on the NMC, this can be found in the About section of the NMC, there should be two firmware loaded, the AOS, and the application module, which should be some version of SUMX for your UPS. If it is SUMX, you could try simply rebooting the NMC. If that does not solve it, or if the application module is not SUMX, then you should download and install new FW (SFSUMX640) from our website at:
http://www.apc.com/us/en/tools/download/index.cfm
If that does not work, then I would recommend having someone reseat the NMC in the UPS at the remote location.
If that doesn't work, please call into tech support at 800-800-4272
