Hi,

Unfortunately your UPS model itself is not firmware upgradeable. I can tell that based on the model/firmware revision you provided to us.

Only the associated PowerChute software or optional UPS Network Management Card you may have installed/connected would be likely to offer an upgrade. If you can find the versions on those components we can tell you if they have any upgrades available.

Each management card has an AOS (APC Operating System) and Application file (APP). So, I can see your AOS and APP version there as 3.3.4 and 3.3.1 respectively. The latest we have available for users is 3.7.3 AOS and 3.7.2 for the Smart-UPS APP.

How can i find the model number of the network-card ? Is this via Telnet ?

Hi,

You can log into the web interface and find the model or if you like you can telnet to the card. How you will find the information is determined by the model number and version of firmware.

For a AP9630, AP9631, AP9635 you will find the card model number via the web interface under the heading of About - Network. To find the model via telnet enter about from the prompt.
