I cannot figure out how to get the Administration tab to show op on one of my UPS.
See attachment.
I can communicate with it, but I have to enable the UPS to e-mail me alerts.

What are you using for the username and password? If you log into the card via Telnet does it give you that option?
It looks like what is happening is that the account through which you're logged into the NMC, does not have administrative access.
