I'm having an issue where during installation of KVM Access, the service is not installed. This means that KVM access subsequently doesn't work. The software advises to check the install log for the reason, but there doesn't appear to be a log. It's odd, because I installed it on two machines running the same OS. One installed fine (service included) and the other didn't.
Any ideas why this happens?
