I am using PCNS v4.1 for my vCenter environment. One of my UPSs died, Smart-UPS RT 6000XL, and was replace under warranty with a Smart-UPS SRT 5000. I configured the new UPS/NMC with the same user name, password, and auth phrase as the same I have for all of my UPSs. Then I went through the PowerChute Setup again in PCNS. My new UPS is not getting added. I receive the error message below. I cannot figure out how to get this new UPS added to PCNS. Any suggestions?
Security information for IP ADDRESS is incorrect. Please check that the PowerChute User Name and Authentication Phrase match the Network Management Card.

Hi,
Reset the SRT network card to defaults and reboot. Reset PCNS to match the defaults user of apc, password of apc, and authentication phrase of admin user phrase and restart the service/daemon. Rerun the setup wizard in PCNS to connect to the UPS. Once they are communicating, set the UPS and PCNS to the required user name, password, and authentication phrase and restart each.
NOTE: you do not need to reboot/restart the UPS just the network card.
